How much does shipping cost? 

Australia:

We offer free shipping for all Australian orders.

Rest of the world:

We offer FREE Worldwide Shipping. 

Payment of any duties or taxes imposed by the customs department (or similar) in your country is your responsibility. Please note that for the UK / Europe we do not collect VAT, and this may be payable to customs at up to 15% of your order value, dependent on the value of your order and the country you are in.

How long does it take for orders to be dispatched?

We try our best to dispatch within 1 week after the order is placed. This timeframe will be longer during peak sales periods.

Is Afterpay supported?

No, we don't use Afterpay at this stage.

Is Zip Pay supported?

No, we don't use Zip Pay at this stage.

Can I change my order after I have placed it?

We cannot change either delivery addresses or the contents of orders once placed. Our warehouse works quickly to pack and dispatch orders and it's not always possible to put changes through our system before orders are dispatched.

What if I am sent the wrong product/order?

While we try to avoid mistakes, unfortunately sometimes they do happen.

If you have a faulty item, or receive an item sent to you in error, please contact us via sales@lumitter.com.au. We will send you a returns postage label so that there is no cost to you in sending the product back to us. To be entitled to paid return postage, you must contact us about the issue first so we can send you a label. We will not reimburse you for postage you have paid to a post office. 

How long will it take for my product to arrive once dispatched?

Most deliveries arrive to our customers within 1-2 weeks. We're always working closely with our delivery partners to ensure that you receive your orders as quickly as possible

If I'm not satisfied with my product during the 30-day money back guarantee period, do I need to pay to return it?

You will be responsible for your own shipping costs when returning your item under the 30-day money back guarantee period.
